Cafe Zur Altstadt - Bochum

Small Old Town Café with nostalgic charm. You sit on small tables with lace decks on velvet-related chairs. It's all like Grandma's times. Nice and good service. To the usual one of the cafés you will also get warm dishes, which are unfortunately adapted to senior males in the portion size. Very small, too expensive. Too bad, there are still real home cooking like Kohlroulade or Königsberger klopse. Why you have to get hungry here, a hand full of noodles or potatoes doesn't cost so much more. Satte guests are satisfied guests and come back! I guess we're not.

Café Zur Altstadt, the charm of good old times is still noticeable here. However, some things are already so far that it could be fresh. Cake in great selection, well made and very tasty. Good coffee, as well as the Latte Macchiato, milk coffee and also the cocoa was tastefully satisfied. Café Zur Altstadt, always happy.

An older café with a lot of charm and delicious cake.

Totally sweet old café in the middle of downtown Bochum. There are great homemade cakes, a very special charm and a very dear service. The café has been there since 1902!

Was the first time there on recommendation from girlfriends. Romantic institution and bee engraving a dream of size. Also the sight of the other cakes fantastic. The menu good normal food.
