Café Treibsand - Bochum

On the way from the parking lot to the restaurant you were tuned with small flares and red heart balloons on the valentine dinner. in the restaurant continued this. we were led to the table and asked for our drink request. the tables were decorated with candles. here I would have liked to have a little more on the occasion, and even flowers on the table. we expressly ordered a bottle of still water and 4 drinks. normal mineral water was brought with carbonic acid. that was the beginning of the red thread that went through all night. drinks did not come as ordered. the appetizer consisting of a fruity tomato soup with mozzarella and basilikum was exactly the sosse that is attached to the miracoli nudel pack with a little water. at the main dish there was the choice between filled chicken breast with feta and rucola, covered with ham, with rosemary spoons and granatapfelsalat, fried walnut chick on creamwirsing and granatapfelsalat or pork medallions with pepper sauce, roast potatoes and granatapfelsalat. we chose the black medallions and the filled chicken breast. I hadn't had a tough roast pork medallions for a long time, but somehow the cook had got it. the pfeffersosse was much too watery and the kartoffels have tasted as if they had been prepared for a long time. now to the filled chicken breast.....this was covered with speck, which already spelled itself by the chicken breast alone. hard is still expressed in a straight line. Of course, the filled chicken breast was also hard. to the good conclusion, we had all hoped for dessert. there was uniform white chocolate cream with celberry puree. three of the desserts went back to the kitchen as my daughter of one tried. my conclusion: in the daily business we have eaten and drank more often in rubbing sand. all great. I would like to welcome this event if you respect quality and don't look at the quantity. the rest comes from alone. we will continue to visit the rafting sand, but no longer on such days.

A nice cafe with a sympathetic service. there are also small dishes, so you can always find a reason to spend here a past.

Good eating, very spacious, clean and above all very interesting location on a lake with sandy beach. I was in the winter, so I didn't enjoy everything you can enjoy. I'm sure the experience will be much better in the summer. it is really his position that makes sense to go there

The foods are high quality and the service is not only friendly, but also very motivated and warm. only the waiting time if it is a bit fuller (feed,) would have to be optimized. otherwise beautiful ambiente and in summer especially beautiful on the terrace.
