I have known the Gelva school for a little over 10 years, I have taken courses in Reiki, Angels, Tao of love, vegetarian cooking course, chi kung and I never get tired of learning. These have been tools that I have used throughout my life and have helped me have a full and happy life, knowing how to face difficult moments in a better way and I have also enjoyed maintaining very good mental and physical health by applying the school teachings. As Gelva says, when consciousness is installed, you cannot go back, so live with awareness and feed yourself with what fills you with life because it is worth the effort and because we deserve to be happy regardless of who it is!
