Was Jeffrey O at Kaps (tapsi) Bocaue Branch a mag?
Now I understand why Tapsi Resto is still thriving. The tapa has a unique flavor that I really enjoy, and it's tender too. They offer unlimited rice options and set meals, with plenty of choices available. The place is spacious and has ample parking. The staff are also very friendly. By the way, I really like their unlimited fried rice as well! View all feedback.

We ordered halo-halo to enjoy in the restaurant, but our order was mistakenly prepared for takeout, which was quite a hassle. Additionally, the ice wasn't finely crushed. The price of the halo-halo is reasonable for its taste, but after looking at the menu, I felt the prices were quite high for a casual eatery. One of the best pares I tasted. With alot of food choices and reasonable price
