Tijuana Flats - Boca Raton

This is the worst place. I have ordered to go twice and both times no chips coming with my food. My mistake not to check. I'd rather go east to Deerfield. this location is the best.

We called in an order (two tacos and one chimichanga) and was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. So of course we rushed to get there so that our food would not be cold. We waited 20 minutes. I'm okay with waiting, but when you told us 5 minutes and rushed there, it was pretty frustrating to wait 20 minutes. I'd rather have told me about 25 minutes from the start. What was also frustrating is that we were not offered any compensation or even a drink while we waited. It's been a while since we ordered from here, and while the food is good, our experience doesn't make us want to come back soon.

This could be the worst culinary experience ever. Wait until 25 minutes after the order and nothing. Location has 5 more customers? all are waiting. The management sits on a table in the dining room on laptop and does not even react to frustration of the cartridges waiting. Even cashiers passed to talk to her about the next week's schedule, but no discussion about what happens with orders already paid and ordered. Good food is nice, but good service is what distinguishes. Will never be here again.

Food we delicious. I got the fish tacos and their nachos and wings. The wings were great, there was a bar of sauces to choose from to add to anything you wanted and their options were amazing.
