This review is based on my experience serving customers and hosting on the evening of Friday, September 16th. The guests were quite rude and unpleasant. While I understand there aren't reviews for patrons, there definitely should be. If you're planning to come and treat the staff poorly, it would be better to stay home and watch Jeopardy instead. The manager should be proud of their employees, as they handled everyth... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Olive Garden:
I had to ask for the breadsticks twice, and they only arrived after I had finished my salad and soup. The Alfredo dipping sauce was watery and separated; it was so runny that it ran off the breadsticks. I ordered a second glass of wine midway through the meal and had to ask another server to check on it after about 15 minutes. It finally arrived only after I had finished my meal.
The server asked if I wanted more s... View all feedback.
Eating is not good. not bad service. a restaurant, if not broths starving
Very poor operated place. they were out of bread and didn't know when it would be baked per the server..no olives for the salad (that's your name), we ordered the soup and salad but there was only one kind of soup made.. minestroneThe server said he thought they were going to make the other soups but when they start it would take at least 25 minutes more and our other guests would have their food before that so we would have to watch them eat..so we told the server to bring us a bill for the part of the salad we ate but he told us to just leave...I guess even he thought your service was rotten,..we left, never go back there again ..the place was only about 1,/4 full so they weren't busy at all.
I tried to go with my family. They took FOREVER to seat us, but there were empty tables literally everywhere. The Olive Garden was practically empty that day. We waited over 30 minutes and still were not seated. Meanwhile, multiple parties kept coming in after us and were being seated, while we were not. And the server at the front was VERY rude when we asked questions. If we were rude to her, that’s one thing. But we weren’t. It is a high value of mine to be polite to servers. We were polite, and she responded with disrespect. She was so mean to my mom, and made us seem like we were being demanding for simply wanting to know what was going on. She said things were gonna be the way SHE wanted. Lol what happened to “the customer is always right”?Finally after nearly 40 minutes of waiting, watching everyone but us be seated, and being mistreated by the front server we told them we were going to leave. And the front server was like ok bye and waved at us.Never did I think my family would be disparaged by a waitress, much less at Olive Garden. Servers are supposed to be POLITE and understanding, and Olive Garden is supposed to be a good restaurant. The way she treated us with unacceptable and she should be fired, and it takes a LOT for me to ever say that about someone. But what we experienced was absolutely ridiculous, and no customer should ever have to go through that. We will never return to this location.
All of the servers were unwelcoming, rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. We came in with positive energy and it was not reciprocated. Our waitress forgot one of our plates of food then gave us an attitude about it. My friend’s boyfriend asked for a beer 5 times and our waitress just never brought it. We had to get help from multiple other waitresses during our dine. The manager and other waitresses were unfriendly and ill-mannered as well. The worst part is that our waitress never came back. We saw her later on kissing another individual inside the establishment. Then she disappeared and we never saw her again. I don’t know if all the staff were having a bad day but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Very good, service was great and the Chicken parmesan with fettuccine alfresco was excellent.
