Mcdonald's - Boca Raton

The food is quite good, the service is excellent, and I always enjoy the atmosphere when I go through the drive-thru line.

I would have rated this restaurant with a negative star if I could. It was ridiculous - I ordered a McGriddle sausage and egg sandwich without cheese, but all I received was bread. I paid $3 for just bread. The manager I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and said they couldn't do anything about it.

I had a great experience at this McDonald's location. The food is always fresh, hot, and made quickly. The McDonald's app is a great perk, as I receive a lot of freebies. I ordered a 1/2 inch Sunday with extra fudge, and it was delicious.

Only giving a 3 star because I picked up a delivery and feel they need to figure out a way to execute those differently especially with gas prices so high waiting 15-20 min on a delivery in the drive thru ain?t right for the driver. Time isprecious to us delivery drivers. people don?t tip well already then to have to wait so long ain?t right for us drivers. Probablycost us about ten bucks for that 15-20 min wait.

Went to location on powerline and palmetto drive through order and gave code for 20% off any purchase over 1 woman over comm. Was very rude telling me that the coupon didn't exist. Meanwhile I presented the coupon on my phone showing her physically thatit does exist. She rolled her eyes in a very disrespectful way. I confronted her attitude but she didn't seem interested in howI felt the situation was handled. I know it's not easy working late at night but we all work and I would never disrespectsomeone in such a manner.
