Mcdonald's - Boca Raton

WORST McDonald?s in the WHOLE nation, they need to just fire everybody working there and replace them with professional and efficient workers. They?ll see you standing at the counter for a pick up and won?t acknowledge you even when the order is sitting in plain site. I recommend nobody to ever go here to eat. They have a bunch of meth heads around that area anyway. Would rate the service here ZERO stars.

This place is absolutely one of the coolest place to eat in the region. Anytime I come to this place I am greatly pleased. They preserve their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they offer. You are always happy with this place. Very recommended.

I guess it really depends on who working but there service over last few months has diminished. I use the app often and seem this place has issues receiving order through mobile app . They either loose them or does not show on their order screens . When their regular key employees work it seem to work flawlessly. But I have now had few order go wrong. One the shift manager said there drive thru app doesn?t work and ask me to park and come in to pick up the order . The other was last night a man named Juan possibly a manager ask me what my order is , then when he can?t find it say I have to order and give them the code at the speaker . Which I did and I?m pretty sure it was him that originally took my code when I placed my order in first place .. without checking if maybe he?s wrong he start telling me that I didn?t place a order when My funds where already taken out my Apple Pay when he finalize my order .. yes I got snotty with him and I?m sure he didn?t like it but I waited almost 20 Minutes to have have him tell me I have no order then magically appears and he give it too me .. but wait there more . The order wasn?t even correct and I had to go back to speak to Juan and his staff who where also eating in the kitchen around food being prepared during a pandemic. Hopefully your staff will be trained again on safety standards but one thing I know is I?ll be avoiding this location till it?s corrected..

Good place with good service and good place to bring kids for having fun while enjoying their meal

Dreadful!, cried for every special on fish sandwich, they said they buy a 2nd for $1. the wut thru drive thru but they wouldn't honor it. also after home and no sauce for nuggets, but even shows 2 honey senf. to go there last time, not worth inability.
