Jb’s Burger - Boca Raton

I recently took a friend out for their birthday at Mariposa and despite always enjoying my visits there, I was disappointed this time. It was restaurant week and I forgot about the promotion where you get a free dessert with your entrée. The staff did not remind me about it, which I felt was wrong on their part. Despite this, I still enjoy dining at this restaurant.

The chef, Benjamin, is absolutely fantastic and highly skilled in his craft. He is a professional when it comes to schnapps.

I had a wonderful lunch experience at this restaurant. My favorite item on the menu is the popovers. I also ordered a salad with grains and chicken, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant specializes in lighter lunch options. I would not recommend it for families with children.

This is a wonderful place to relax, recharge and have a delicious lunch! My sister and I had the classic NM chicken salad (made with all white meat with just a dab of mayonnaise), with the orange soufflé. The chicken broth and popover was superb as always. We were lucky enough to enjoy a special dessert carrot cake. I think this was THE BEST carrot cake EVER!!! We spoke with the executive chef who reports they googled bet carrot cake, and that’s what he baked. It was Soooooo good!
