Dunkin Donuts - Boca Raton

This is a wonderful area to come to to drink coffee and either inside or outside

Worst Dunkin I?ve been to in Florida. Service is horrible. Waited in line , they weren?t selling hot food. I asked what time they stopped and employee didn?t know and didn?t bother finding out. So ordered some donuts and he went into helping nextcustomer before bagging my order.

I?ve waited and gave them the benefit after a couple of trips here before work. The coffee never comes out correct. Coffee Always tastes like warm water..I don?t understand how they still are open. Maybe because they are the only Dunkin? in the area.The lady who works there is always quite nasty and always seems miserable to be working. Not a fan of this place or the people.Please do better and tell your staff to at least pretend to be happy and want to help your customers?

Rude to healthcare workers. I arrived 15-20 min before closing time asked for a latte. The two employees looked at each other for a while, did some strange eye movements with their hand covering their face thinking I wouldnt notice then said oh nosorry we already cleaned the machine . Couldnt help out a tired healthcare worker and just make me my preferred drink whendespite being exhausted I was still being nice to you? I get your tired too, but think about it. So I just got a regular coffee.Blah.

Super slow, the 2 ladies behind the counter making the food need to spend it up.. watching them was like watching a turtle make my meals .. way too slow.
