What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
5 minutes away from work! Very clean lobby and seating area. However, they are busy busy busy! This establishment is so busy that majority of their customers choose the option to pick up and go! This doesn?t take away from the friendly staff and thefact that my order has never been wrong. My iced lattes are made to perfection. This place is just SUPER busy! Lol! View all feedback.
Today is another great day, but unfortunately there was an issue with the avocado spread being old.
The coffees were both incorrect, but the refresher was good.
2 employees behind the counter 3 people sitting out front who already had their coffee in their hands. I ordered a machiata and waited over 10 minutes. When I asked about it, Brandon (one of the employees) said to me: don't you see the board, there's like 10 people in front of you. (I was the only one who placed an order for something from the time I walked into the store and there was noone waiting for anything) I demanded my money back and told him I was going to call the owner. He told me to go right ahead.
Just avoid this store! Trust me it’s a waste of time and money.
Literally have to wait 20 minutes for a drink every single time i come here absolutely ridiculous
