Reasonably good product... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BOCA!! Employees care so little with regard to customer service. Tried to pick up and pay for several prepackaged and previously frozen items from the freezer. After being ignored for quite awhile was told that I had to wait in line to pay with everyone ordering custom prepared orders regardless. I am truly grateful to have consistently had such an amazing experience at this restaurant! I am so thankful for the delicious strawberry log cake that I always order. I have been a customer at this establishment for many years and the service is always top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious ice cream treats and custom cakes. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs, and I appreciate them all. I hope that the owners and employees are continuously blessed for their hard work. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of creamy custards, including delicious soft serve vanilla and chocolate that are always available. They also rotate in other flavors such as cold brew/coffee and black raspberry. Additionally, they have beautiful artisan cakes that are made fresh to order. I recently ordered a special birthday cake with coffee custard, chocolate and vanilla flavors topped with sprinkles and crunchies. I especially enjoyed the fudge toppings. On Wednesdays, they have a buy one get one free sundae special. The owners are lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy a sundae on the spot and taking some home for later.
Sophia, the server at this restaurant, is truly exceptional. She was very patient and a genuinely kind young lady. Sophia helped us select our dishes and explained all the flavors to us. My wife and I are completely satisfied with her customer service and would give her 6 stars if we could. Thank you very much for making our day, and keep up the great service!
