Had a great waiter. Spaghetti and sausage was yummy. So, so good. Some things did come out of the kitchen too slowly (extra sauce). And my coffee wasn 't hot- but a young lady brought me a streaming fresh cup just brewed. We came because of an advertised special- free spaghetti and meatballs 'to go ' when dining in and having a spaghetti dinner. It was promptly ready. Boca Raton, Florida location View all feedback.
What Jocelyn W doesn't like about Carrabba's Italian Grill:
 tonight's meal was a complete disaster...husband's Simply Grilled Salmon undercooked...calamari way overcooked...stuffed mushrooms not cooked at all...no marinara sauce for the breaded mozzarella...and after all that, Door Dash offered a whopping $3 credit...yes, that's right...only $3 !!!!! 3/26 18:30 I was so impressed by the staff here. for a chain I did not expect much, but the personal tried their best to visit their customers from the reception to the server. the girl at the front who got the names of the guests even helped to clean the table so that we can find space. the restaurant with a view of the water, but we came late, but the next time we will come early so we can sit outside. we could, but I don't want to wait. Anyway, as soon as we set ourselves, they immediately informed us that the server will be with us in a few minutes. alex came and apologized for the short delay, but it really didn't disturb us. this was our first time here and was surprised with the service. warm brot was served with the delicious olive oil dip. we didn't order anything from the ordinary, but we felt that we were not in a chain restaurant. we had a great culinary experience. alex has often checked for us to make sure we are happy customers. my limonade was filled again without asking. ceasar salat with grilled garnel and mush were delicious. like the mahi waulfe. my man enjoyed his huh marsala. about all the experiences in comparison to other restaurants of its class was excellent. the evaluation is mainly for food and service.
I’ve been a regular for a few months ordering curbside. Jay has been my server a few times, and has continuously shown enthusiasm and consistency during every transaction.Although, I’ve eaten inside twice and regretted it both times. While the food was incredible, service was subpar and everything seemed unorganized. I don’t want to include servers names because I feel they are not at fault, but management most definitely is. I’ve worked as a GM in the food service industry and I tend to pick up on flaws and shortcomings. I’ve BEEN that server thats overwhelmed, doing the job of 4 people, without support.If management is not accommodating, supporting, and organizing well, service will deteriorate. Overworked employees don’t make kind and happy employees that want to provide good service, supported and respected employees do.
My wife and I ate here a few days ago and both got sick! Carrabba's is usually a safe bet for us. This location also smelled funny as we walked in, like it was mopped with a dirty mom. Don't think I'll be back.
Excellent and tasty eating. the grilled chicken was moist and I dipped every piece in the oil and seasoned with the delicious brot. Broccoli season wasn't to my wish.
Best carrabas I ever know! I have eaten for the first time and have always been thrown in! I took care of myself because I was on the way to home and christiano I think who took care of me and wanted people to know that eating was phenomenal and the service was great! honored on time and got me everything I needed from an online order! best service that I know in the restaurant, and take away thru! best job!
