On Sunday, June 19th, I visited Tim Hortons in Bobcaygeon on my way home from North Bay. As I entered through the front door, a kind gentleman held it open for me, but I struggled to open it myself and ended up falling onto my left forearm. The staff quickly came to my rescue, taking me to the back to clean and bandage my wound. I want to thank them for their professionalism and care during the incident. View all feedback.
The staff was fantastic and the sandwiches at the drive-thru were incredible. We also purchased the Camp Day socks because they were so fashionable. The service was fast and friendly!
On Sunday, June 19th, I visited Tim Horton's in Bobcaygeon on my way home from North Bay. As I entered the restaurant, a kind gentleman behind me held the door open to help me, as I use a cane. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose my balance and I ended up falling and scraping some skin off my left forearm. The staff quickly came to my aid, took me to the back, cleaned the wound, and bandaged it up. I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their professionalism and care during this incident.
This is one of the best Tim Horton's stores I have ever visited. The staff is friendly and efficiently prepares orders in a timely manner.
