On Sunday, June 19th, I visited Tim Horton's in Bobcaygeon on my way home from North Bay. As I entered the restaurant, a kind gentleman behind me held the door... read more On Sunday, June 19th, I visited Tim Horton's in Bobcaygeon on my way home from North Bay. As I entered the restaurant, a kind gentleman behind me held the door open to help me, as I use a cane. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose my balance and I ended up falling and scraping some skin off my left forearm. The staff quickly came to my aid, took me to the back, cleaned the wound, and bandaged it up. I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their professionalism and care during this incident.
