Vali Kitchen - Boat Harbour

I love this place. the atmosphere is great, it is so beautiful. Vegan options clearly marked on the menu and they are cooked. none of them takes items from regular menu items and charges them the same price. I have the loaded Jackfruit-Fries with jalapeno aioli now twice (heaven) and the vegan sloppy jo burger. the personal is wheel and I think the cook is vegetarian or vegan or so. great drink list (her sojachai is delicious) and it is perfect for a romantic dinner or family function. there is hardly anyone there, so I hope it doesn't close, but probably will be because tasmania is full of rodels that just want to eat kfc. updated by previous review on 2021-05-22

This place has everything: beautiful view, beautiful atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff and the best vegan eating! the owners and most kitchen staff are vegan so they know they will take care of themselves. they know which wee vegan are and use high quality mandele milk in their coffee (for dying). may not harm the food; it's just so fancy, tasteful, thoughtful and tasty! make you please and visit vali cuisine, it's a real tasty bite (this rating should be 5 stars, but happy cow app doesn't let me move it by 4

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful and the surroundings are stunning. The menu clearly marks vegan options, all of which are chef-inspired creations. Unlike other places that simply remove ingredients from regular menu items and charge the same price, this restaurant offers unique vegan dishes. I have tried the loaded jackfruit fries with jalapeno aioli (amazing) and the vegan sloppy jo burger, both of which were delicious. The staff is friendly, and I believe the chef may be vegetarian or vegan. The drinks selection is impressive (try their soy chai—it's fantastic), making it a great choice for a romantic dinner or family gathering. Unfortunately, there are not many customers, so I fear it may close down eventually. Tasmania seems to prefer fast food options like KFC over establishments like this one. This restaurant has it all: stunning views, a charming atmosphere, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and the most delicious vegan food! The owners and many of the kitchen staff are vegan, so you can trust that you will be well taken care of. They are knowledgeable about which wines are vegan, and they use premium almond milk in their coffee, which is exceptional. The food is impeccable - elegant, flavorful, thoughtful, and simply delightful. Treat yourself and pay a visit to Vali Kitchen, it's truly a gem. (Although this review is intended to be 5 stars, the HappyCow app is only allowing me to rate it 4 stars).

Jackson and his staff do a great job and the food here is world class and so incredibly fresh and tasty. Highly recommended
