Two Barrels Taps Grill
3.7 / 5 (679 reviews)

Description

Nestled by the scenic Columbia River, Two Barrels Tap Grill presents a mixed culinary experience. While some patrons rave about the flavorful burgers and delightful breakfast options, others report significant inconsistencies with the food quality and service. Highlights include tasty comfort dishes like burnt brisket ends and pancakes, but caution is advised regarding items like burnt ends, which have disappointed diners. Although the atmosphere is inviting, service can be spotty. For a casual stop while traveling, consider enjoying a drink, but temper your expectations for a full meal.

Food was meh but beer was good. Apparently 2 small pieces of bacon makes a BLT these days. The coleslaw was past its prime, definitely closer to sauerkraut than salad. Beautiful view though! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is the best restaurant in Boardman! I work nearby and have tried food from all over the area, but nothing compares. The restaurant boasts a stunning view of the river, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is only the second review I've ever written because I felt compelled to share my experience. You absolutely have to try the hickory bacon burger—you won't be disappointed! The first prime rib brought to our table was gray and well done, despite my husband ordering it medium rare. It was far from uncommon, and when the second one arrived, it was still gray with only a hint of pink. Proper medium rare prime rib should be vibrant, pink, and juicy, but none of these dishes came close. I suspect we may have been served reheated leftovers from the night before. At $33, we expected a top-notch prime rib. Unfortunately, my burnt ends were just sliced brisket that tasted like holiday ham—not at all appealing, and quite chewy. The potatoes were bland and lacking in flavor. Overall, we were really disappointed. On a positive note, our waitress and the staff who handled our drinks were excellent. **Service:** Dine-in **Meal Type:** Dinner **Price per person:** $30–50 **Food:** 1 **Service:** 5 **Atmosphere:** 2
