In the end, I paid $30 for just a salad, which was the only item that arrived. The three canceled items were all different soups, which is surprising considering this is a soup restaurant. How do you run out of soups? I won’t be ordering from here again.

I presume this was... read more However, when I got home and unpacked my order, I was met with a gloppy, overcooked vegetable soup filled with mushy, broken seashell pasta. I presume this was the vegetable bounty soup. After calling the store to address the issue, all I received was the typical “I’m sorry” along with an offer for a free soup and an additional one the next time I visit. I also heard the excuse about having a young staff and the difficulty in hiring workers. Frankly, those are their issues, not mine. I expressed to the woman on the phone my relief at not leaving a tip, as they had one job: to fulfill an order correctly. I asked her to simply credit my card because I have no intention of returning for the two free soups; if they can't get it right the first time, I doubt they'll do better the second. I suggested they might want to train their staff better on the differences between the soups. I'm so disgusted that I can't even eat the sandwich. That's over $30 wasted. Ridiculous excuses!

I tried the pick 2 option with the turkey and bacon soup and the chicken pot pie soup. My husband got the broth bowl, but he didn’t enjoy it as much.

Crazy expensive too. My tepid chicken pot pie soup (a cup had the consistency of snot; my wife 's chicken rice soup (a cup was the same. Both were weirdly thick viscous. Neither was good but not being hot made them even worse. Both was served in a small cardboard cup with a plastic spoon. My chicken sandwich (a small half a sandwich was a thin slice of chicken on a tiny half bun with a small strip of red pepper some kind of sauce. My wife 's small cardboard cup of macaroni cheese was merely poorly made bechemel (tasteless with elbow macaroni. We shared one pepsi. The bill was $38.00 and the food was trash. Seriously, low-quality garbage junk food served in cardboard on a small dirty sticky table. For $38 we can go to Aqua Pazzo for incredible(!!! gourmet burgers fries with ice cold beer in a lovely restaurant. Zoup! was a total disappointment; won 't last 6 months.
