Was Victoria W at C D Drive-in a mag?
I stopped in for a quick meal during a road trip, and I love these kinds of food stops because the choices are always unique. We ordered burgers, which were fantastic, along with fries and a chili dog. Everything was delicious, and we were on our way in no time. View all feedback.
What Tyler Thompson dislikes about C D Drive-in:
Honestly not a bad place at all. I stop in here for lunch after I'm done duck hunting and it hits the spot. The Rodeo burger is my go-to and the curly fries are great. View all feedback.

The burgers are passable. The fish n chips is really good for $7.
An Oasis in the Desert. Food stops are few and far between on I-84, and C&D is a very tasty and pleasant surprise. Not only do they have the typical burgers and shakes, but they actually make their own donuts, cookies, and brownies. I had a maple donut that tasted awesome and was super cheap (1/2 off .38). Stop here! You won't regret it!
These burgers were like a mix between Fergie and Jesus. Pleasantly surprised. Quite the hidden gem on the historical Oregon Trail.
THE DOUBLE PATTY BOZO. Stopped by there for a burger. got a double patty bacon cheese burger with onion rings. Great burger for a good price. fast service Real good
It was very hometown authentic. it was a nice experience for a fast road stop. how many of the reviews I've read said that I drove from spokane to portland and really stopped here in the boardman fast. I have dipped my head for the second time in this hole in the wall-hometown Burger-Gegen/Pizza Palace. I didn't feel like burgers and pizza would take too long, so I ordered a German sausage dog that I wrote as special on the whiteboard by hand. I sat down and waited for my order. there was a young girl with her baby in and out of the back, it didn't disturb me at all, it just made me feel at home. I waited for a baptized man to come in, some of them were...read more
Nestled just off the freeway, this charming burger shack offers a nostalgic drive-in experience highlighted by delicious, generously-sized burgers and fries. While the menu can be confusing for newcomers, locals rave about the bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Friendly and prompt service enhances the experience, though some patrons note inconsistencies in food preparation. The cozy space, filled with character, does show signs of wear, but if you're willing to overlook the decor, the food is well worth it. For a delightful bite reminiscent of classic diners, this spot is a must-visit, especially for burger enthusiasts.

I ordered the elk burger and it was a disappointment. It's clearly overcooked and looks nothing like other elk burgers. I'm actually not sure this patty wasn't just ground beef because it didn't really taste like elk either. The place wasn't busy, I wasn't in a hurry, and I even tipped. I wish they would've taken the time to get the burger right. I also ordered the buffalo burger and that was actually cooked worse. I was asked if I wanted cheese and said yes. The burger was actually so overcooked the patty turned black and was stuck to the bun. The people inside were nice, the only thing I noticed was when you go to pay they aren't very helpful and just stand there like a statue. I put three stars because I'm willing to give the place another chance. I'll try a regular burger next time and see how it goes.
For a small town drive-in type burger joint, I was expecting more. Regular hamburger was definitely sub par. Onion rings were excellent and French fries were good enough. I like to avoid the recognized name joints when traveling, I’d rather stop at busy, local places. This was still a nice experience. I just wouldn’t repeat. .
Interesting burger shack! Totally local and caters to them. It 's hard to know what you 're ordering because the menu isn 't clear if you 're not familiar with it. The locals order super quick, me I stammered until I just said go. I ordered a super mushroom burger. I figured super meant double burger or maybe deluxe with tomato, lettuce, etc. like other shacks. No idea what it meant. It meant SUPER. The bun was huge, the burger was huge, the flavor was HUGE. I ate half of it and am super happy I stopped in.
I personally like their chili cheese fries. Good customer service.
Friendly small town atmosphere. Good pizza and calzone. And don't forget they make donuts and the usual hamburgers and shakes you would expect.

This is an amazing restaurant with excellent food! I would definitely give it a 10 out of 5 and highly recommend it. I ordered a Buffalo Burger and a chocolate shake, and both were absolutely delicious.

We ordered 6 small milkshakes for our family and waited for a half an hour In a not busy room. The milkshake was too sweet and too hard to drink.
My husband ordered Rootbeer milkshake. It’s a pretty good. I ordered vanilla and Lemon swirl soft ice cream cone. Lemon ice cream is very strong. I didn’t recommend Swirl ice cream. If you like vanilla flavor more don’t swirl. But not bad at all. Restroom is clean but they don’t have mirror in woman’s restroom. Crews are kind and helpful.
Grandpa told me about this place and he was right! Service was prompt, atmosphere was that of a burger and shake den which is exactly what it is, and the corn dog was incredible. Very light layer of crisp, hot to warm all the way through, satisfying bite and crunch. Fry sauce is also excellent, not sure if in house or sourced but either way excellent.
