But... the propert... read more After a few years back there. The hotel design and the location are excellent, and the staff is trying their best to make the guests welcome. But... the property shows visible wear phenomena and is required in a renovation. We had to change the rooms (upper category) after rainwater was driven by the ceiling after a storm. The padding inside and above all outdoors looks torn and worn. It is a beautiful place, so we hope that the owners will be able to increase the budget to do what is necessary.

The infinity pool is amazing with the wonderful bar and staff are nice, but there are a few things I need to show. Maybe because the building is old, the room smells chic. You need to clean the air conditioning. The pillows and the bed are also sweet because we couldn't sleep well. I would say quality this hotel is not 5 start it is like a 4-star hotel considering that, but not I wrong, we were sure satisfied with our stay.

It is right next to the main road, but the road ends when the resort ends, so do not get much foot/bike traffic on the road in front of the resort. They also have a quiet part of the beach with chairs and parasols. comfortable beds and showers had ok water pressure. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff nice. I was not impressed to pay 1500baht for a bag of basic laundry (no dry cleaning or ironing, just a laundry and dry). Taking into account the external laundry costs 99baht per kilo this was exaggerated and was not on a higher standard than anywhere we had washed clothes. I was also not impressed by hotel guests, the bags on the pool chairs from early morning to lunch or even later, while they did other things. There are many chairs to go around, but guests still rude pool auxiliary chairs save early. I even saw that a guest saved three different seats so that she could move during the day with the shadow. Very rude and should be discouraged.
