Food was served quick and fresh. The employee taking the Drive Through orders was unbelievably slow and he could not get our drinks right. It took us 5 minutes to order and 1 minute to get our food. We also asked for extra sauce and they forgot to put that and napkins in our bag. View all feedback.
I hope tye Asian Chicken salad is a permanent feature on their menu.

Stephen in drive thru took my order last night during rush hr. I just wanted to say he was phenomenal!! He took my order and clarified what I asked for, read my order back to me and swiftly had the line moving. Thank you Stephen for greeting me with a smile at the window you made my night
Zaxbys needs a good cleaning on the inside, starting at the front door, counters, floors, bathrooms, etc...
The location in Bluffton SC was understaffed and dirty inside. My order was screwed up and items I paid for on the bill were missing.This is probably a staffing issue. My salad was also not up to standards. The bathrooms were filthy. This place needs new owners or shut it down and regroup. SAD.
