What Alisa Willett doesn't like about Kobe Japanese Steakhouse Sushi Bluffton:
Had the Salmon for dinner. It was overcooked so much that I couldn 't even cut it with a fork. Comparable to leather. Told the server how bad it was, as she took my plate says I will tell them so they don 't do it again HUH? Paid $30 for Salmon andcouldn 't eat it. So I guess maybe if you are the lucky next person and he worked on it you might get Salmon cooked properly.Worst Kobe EVER! View all feedback.

The restaurant had a beautiful japanese atmosphere, sat down and had a friendly server as any restaurant would have serve us, and the food was simply very delicious but also as basic as any other steak/hibachi/suchi place. A couple of downside is how thewaitress was a little bit fake sometimes, there was a fly that was bothering us as we ate, and the alcoholic beverages that Itried to order were unavailable but they never had it crossed it off on the menu.
The hostess was not really personable, the waitress was real nice but if they ask and if it's not really crowded sit at the hibachi not at a regular table. The food was ok but the serving size wasn't all that much and it didn't seem as fresh for theprice of the food that is my suggestion! Seems like sitting at the table is more for sushi than hibachi!
I swear I?m not trying to be critical but every time I keep on coming here I get more and more disappointed I used to enjoy coming to this place and getting takeout food but over the past couple of months they have gotten worse and worse from reducedportion size in regards to proteins and increasing the amount of rice in a dish is ridiculous. Value for dollar is completelygone not to mention the staff seem extremely stressed and very short with the customers this will be the last time I eat at thisrestaurant and I strongly suggest if you have visited this restaurant in the past do not expect the portions to be the same sizeas they used to be. they have cut their proteins in half and doubled the amount of rice and every dish this is absolutelyridiculous I understand inflation is increasing but at the same time I would pay more for the same food amount of food insteadof ripping ripped off.
