Here we go again. Every time the woman is taking the orders in the drive thru, you can count on her to be rude, your order to be wrong, and the food to be horrible. Not to mention a 42 minute wait in the drive thru. When anybody other than her is taking the orders, they are pleasant, the order is correct, and the line moves swiftly. Maybe she should focus more on her job than seeing how smart she can be with customer... View all feedback.
We are regulars here and my wife and I recently had a new born baby, so we resorted to placing an order through DoorDash. The order wasn’t exactly right so I reached out internally to the restaurant through an online form. Within minutes, we got a callback from the general manager, John I believe his name was. He apologized and went above and beyond to make it right. This is why we are Jim N Nick people. Way to go JNN Team! Can’t wait to continue to eat here and support them.

We had ribs and Carolina pulled pork. Supper tasty and the bread and butter was good.

Consistently good Southern barbeque. All the meats are great. Partial to the loaded potato myself.
