This Wendy's location was very busy, yet the staff handled everything with calmness, courtesy, and efficiency. I got my order quickly. We've been there four times consecutively, and every visit they've delivered our food promptly, hot, and tasty. Once, they even grouped our order together, helping us save a significant amount. Overall, it’s consistently a fantastic experience!

When I finally sat down to eat, I... read more The staff member at the drive-thru was quite impatient when I tried to ask a question, simply directing me to place my order. When I finally sat down to eat, I realized that both sandwiches in my order were wrong, and I received far less than what I had paid for. I tried to be patient and called the restaurant to request a refund for the difference, but the person on the phone refused to help unless I came in person. Since I don’t live nearby, it would actually cost me more in gas to return for the refund than what I would get back. I tried to explain my situation, but she was unhelpful and kept insisting that she was too busy and that I had to come in. If a restaurant can't provide good service and accurate orders from the beginning, they should at least make an effort to fix the situation afterward. Unfortunately, they did neither. Overall, I experienced very poor quality and service.

I had asked for tw... read more I placed an order for nine people, and unfortunately, three of the orders were incorrect. When I requested the receipt, I didn't receive one. I had asked for two orders of 4-piece nuggets but instead got a combo hamburger meal. Additionally, I had specified no cheese on the #2 meal and a plain #1 meal, but that was not honored. I understand it was a busy time, but the service could have been much better. They also need to improve the drive-thru setup, as I ended up getting stuck in the parking area after picking up our food.
