This is the original great NZ experience. If you want the Hilton quality, don't go here. The Eagle is the genuine NZ I grew up with. Honesty, great service, and a conversation. just waiting if you say hi. Relax enjoy and be amazed with the location you've chosen to visit. Great easy kiwi meals, a bed to rest your head. Service: 5

We spent 2 nights here because we booked a shark tour. We had a great stay. The rooms are great, everything is very clean and the location was perfect for us. Showers and toilets are also very clean and in good condition. The breakfast was great too. There was toast, orange juice, coffee, tea, various jams, cereal and milk We enjoyed it very much! Rooms: 5

I came across this place while I was on a nearby mountain. I decided to stop by, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the taste of the local food. It's a really great restaurant!
