Pizza Hut - Bluefield

Tonight, the pizza was cold and not fresh. The service was poor, and the salad bar had rotten food. My bill was nearly $80, but receiving such bad service, along with rotten food and a rude waitress, was not worth it. I will not be returning to this restaurant. You have lost a customer.

Today me and my family dined in, and it was terrible. Very poor service, the pizza was dried completely out, cheese was hardThe salad bar was atrocious, it was a terrible experience altogether. I mentioned the salad bar needed a refill of food items and that the ranch dressing needed a refill and it wasn't done until right before left. I will not be eating here no more.

The food and service at this restaurant were terrible; it has never been this bad before. I used to love the food at Pizza Hut, but it has really gone downhill.

Last pizza we ordered, large supreme. Paid $21 for it. Got home and opened it up and was more crust than sauce and toppings. Was also cold. When the cashier took my card to pay, she disappeared into the back with my card. This location used to be amazing, but has gone downhill. Oh when I went back to the store with a picture of the pizza, I will say, the manager attempted to refund my money, but said the system was blocking the refund. I was offered a new pizza, but I couldn't stomach the thought of another pizza from there. I did appreciate the offer though.
