What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The restaurant should consider changing their hours from closing at 11pm to closing at 5pm. This KFC is a disappointing establishment filled with lazy employees who don't want to do their jobs. I will not be purchasing food from here again. The staff is disrespectful and many employees appear unhappy. View all feedback.

They brought the food to our table. Very good customer service ??
The place is never clean the food is never fresh and someone needs to call the Health Department on them the employees or management staff aren't doing their job as should be.
West virginia has a safety food class for every restaurant worker who is busy. they need to sit through a few hours class and then show a test at the end that the state, they understand safe food practices. the personal is very unprofessional and unprofessional for its suppliers. we are not allowed to touch food or drink as this, but we usually get sealed products for their customer protection. tonight, the manager gave me two drinkbasses and told me if I had to know what the order was, I could see their customers order on my Dasher app. I didn't want to argue, I started going to the drink station. then they said my second order had three more drinks and they wanted to give me their tassen. I asked them if they could only fill the five drinks, then and separate them for each order because I can really be deactivated to do it. the cashier was angry and said it wasn't kfcs job to fill the drinks. I asked them if they were going in the Drive-Thru customers and getting their drinks, and when she didn't understand what I asked, I repeated. I as a delivery driver touch three to four door knobs/doorbells/knocks/knock on door frame an hour. I touch my car keys / phone / steering wheel countless times the hour. we must not go to the restaurant bathroom to wash our hands to make the food or drink. the cashier said, if I didn't want to make the drinks for their customers, then I had to cancel the delivery and let another shipper come and pick up the order. Normally I would just take the time and order the rest of the customers, but the ton and the disregard was enough to just run away. it is disgusting to treat another company that makes them money on this wise. it is also disgusting that instead of fulfilling their task, the order they prefer to have customers eat on the theke sitting and getting cold while waiting for another shipper to arrive and then touch the customers cup / lid with their dirty hands.
