Left the stuffed crabs out of our deluxe seafood platter. Garlic shrimp were greasy.
I recently visited a Captain D's restaurant and ordered two simple dinners through the drive-thru. It was not a busy time of day, but I ended up waiting a total of 32 minutes with no apology from the staff. I was disappointed with the service and only gave it 2 stars, despite the good quality of the food. However, after the area director reached out to me via email and assured me that they are working on improving their service, I decided to give them another chance. My recent visit to the Bluefield, WV Captain D's was much better. Megan, who was working both the drive-thru and the counter, was friendly, helpful, and did an excellent job with all orders. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff, they have earned back their 5-star rating in my book. Thank you for the great service!
I always get the chicken tenders at this restaurant. The chicken dinner with double fries is amazing. Just make sure not to eat the fries when they're cold or you might not make it.
Today my dad, sister, and I went to the restaurant for lunch. While my sister and I received our food, my dad was given the wrong order. Despite informing the staff, he never received the correct dish. Eventually, he gave up and ate the incorrect meal after waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes. This experience was quite disappointing.
Great seafood plater . HOT.fish is amazing.
