I've been a manager at the Bluefield VA site for about 2 years, and I've been busy there for longer. I gave myself everything to be a fortune for business. I received an offer from elsewhere that they did not fit and I could not turn off to offer the best for my family. I gave and stayed for a notice period. I received the last paylist 12/21 and was informed at that time that, although I had worked very hard for the whole year, I would not get the Christmas bonus that each manager was given by giving a technique like the reason. I've never been disregarded by an employer. I expected a lot better from Mike and Phil. This is one of the reasons why you cannot find or keep good employees, they will not thrive if they are not respected and appreciated. You won't get my hard-earned money anymore. Merry Christmas.

To go order for Jack unfortunately there were two of them. I pointed out the error in the order. They were apologized and rushed my order and and put tomatoes, which I am allergic and lettuce I don't like. When I order a sandwich with no lettuce, tomato or mayo, it is what I expect. They mean well and it is usually good but check your order carefully

They have the tables a little over 6 feet apart. You must wear a mask to after you take your seat. All employees wear a mask. Employees clean each table after use and they highly recommend that you don't sit at a dirty table. All though I don't know who in their right mind would sit at at a dirty table to begin with. Me and my hubby go once a month. I am a high risk but I don't mind going to eat there. I highly recommend them. And they have great food

I use to love to eat here until today I went in without my mask on ok thats on me but if the employee who is telling the customers to follow the rules isn't wearing her mask right and both employees decide they don't need to follow the rest of the rules then I can decide not to eat at your restaurant and have to be disrespected by your staff. On top of that the guy who came in with the kids beside me and my wife no mask but your staff didn't say anything to them again disrespect if you can't follow the rules and enforce it on everyone in your restaurant then don't point me out
