Wolfepack Bbq - Blue Summit

The brisket is some of the best I've ever had. So tender you don't need a knife to cut it. Smoke ring was spot on and the flavor was perfect. Just the perfect blend of smokiness! I'll definitely be back when I visit KC again!

From their fall off the bone ribs to their spicy barbecue sauce, every bite is barbecue perfection. The mac n cheese was to die for!! Tried this local Gem for the first time tonight. it was by far the best BBQ my husband and I have ever eaten. The Pork belly burnt ends brisket were melt in your mouth. The jalapeño sausage were the best my husband has ever had. The BBQ sauce was complimented the meats and was also very good. The street corn salad and lemon slaw were unique and would definitely recommend. Planning our next outing already to this place.

We went to Wolfepack twice while in town for the NCAA wrestling tournament. Amazing food and service both times. Possibly the best brisket and burnt ends I've ever had. While I didn't have the wings, my friend did and he said they were phenomenal. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in KC.
