First time visit to this Cold Stone Creamery location. First I attempted to place my order online using a gift card however, the website was having issues. Ordered a cake for my sons birthday and get a call on the way to pick it up 2 days later and they totally messed it all up and tried to make me accept a tiny round cake as a replacement definitely will not ever waste my time with this place ever again stick to Hyvee if you want a nice custom cake.
The staff at this store went above and beyond to accommodate my 2 year old nieces food allergies! The store was packed and they still made time!!!
