They are doing a good job. Raising the standard back up a smidge. I'm sure it's easier to keep a new building clean compared to the old BKs in town that workers find residual BK stuffs from 2000 if not before. View all feedback.

I waited 10 minutes for my order despite there being only one other car in the drive-thru and an empty lobby. The staff member was unhelpful and refused to accept my coupon from the app, speaking to me with a lot of attitude. If you're so unhappy in your job, perhaps it’s worth considering a change. Please change the hours posted on your door. They clearly state the drive thru is 24 hours and the lobby is open until 9PM, but when I walked in at 8:19PM I was turned around by an employee and told they are closed. I needed to use the restroom quickly then just wanted a drink, so I left and went elsewhere.

So usually I never have anything bad to say about this burger king… But, I just got this spicy chicken sandwich, and I can't even bite or pull it apart…I kept only biting the the bun and wants on the sandwich… So I feel like I just wasted money on a sandwich that I can't even bite into… I really would like a refund but I can't come back up there
Had to go thru drive thru. order. get food. then could go in to eat.???
I got the wrong order, the fries were cold. Take in consideration their was no line in front of me and waited 10min to get the wrong stuff.
