The coworkers at this restaurant were rude when I called to check their closing hours during a storm. Many places were closing early, so I called a minute before their closing time. When I asked about their hours, the person who answered simply said hello. I identified myself as calling from the yogurt place, to which she responded that this was Yogurtini. I ordered a dairy-free chocolate dessert and added coconut, peanuts, and dark chocolate chips for a delicious treat.
I went to a frozen yogurt shop in Blue Springs, MO and tried to use a $20 gift card to pay for my purchase. Unfortunately, the cashiers were not familiar with how to process the gift card, so I ended up having to use my own card instead. This was frustrating and inconvenient, as they should have been trained on how to use gift cards. Additionally, when I tried to file a complaint on their website, I encountered technical difficulties and was unable to submit my feedback.
The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. My daughters really enjoyed the various flavors and toppings.

Great new management! Great clean seating area! All the toppings are individually wrapped for health and safety! All four of my kids loved it! And very affordable!
