Smoothie King - Feedback

What S K doesn't like about Smoothie King:
Smoothies are fine. Don’t sign up for the App or Text Alerts. You’ll get spammed with tons of ‘offers’ that are very difficult to use. You’ll get a text with an offer, so you order, then the employee will have to send you another text after you get to the window to send you a barcode, that they need to scan in order to redeem the offer. Needs work. This causes huge delays in the drive through. View all feedback. What KartKids M likes about Smoothie King:
So far so good with the quality of smoothie. They're delicious. I think the kids working there could use a little pep talk about their customer service skills. Maybe it's their ages(it's always teenagers working, and that's fine) but a “welcome” and a meant it “thank you” could be applied. They seem miserable to be there.
