I went for lunch and got the Italian sub, it was delicious. I'll get another side next time, as the chips' bag was quite tasteless, but the food in the house was amazing. View all feedback.

Ordered two Big Shoppe Salad and got two containers of salad pretty much. Salads had a few crumbles of cheese a couple olives, a couple pieces of ham two pepperonis pretty much just two bowl of lettuce for $30. I picked up the phone and called pizza shop asked for a manager there was no manager just a waitress to talk too. She apologized and said there's nothing that she could do.. View all feedback.
My server Chris was such a big server. He was light-hearted, very efficient, a lot of sense of humor and just made the culinary experience fun. He explained his career goals and everything he plans to achieve. I will come back to the Pizzashoppe thanks to Chris's great customer service. Thanks Pizza Shoppe for the great experience!

Do not order from here. The pizza was completely cold upon arrival. The bread sticks were cold also. I did not get the alfredo sauce with my order. I called and was told there was nothing that could be done. I ordered with uber eats. So, this means they began cooking before a driver confirmation and they read the ticket wrong for the alfredo. Since my family was hungry I had airfry the food and it was subpar. I had high expectations and was completely let down. I will add, I talked to the owner, who spoke bad about Uber Eats and their customer service. I can't understand, if you know they have horrible service why contract with them.... I feel like both companies share blame. Especially if you admit you KNOW the service is bad from a subcontractor.
Super disappointed. Love the food, but wow the service was so lackluster. Our waitress was so distracted she couldnt even bring a box for our food, or the check after waiting 20 minutes. I offered to tip the one waitress who was picking up ALL the slack but she wouldnt take it. I can only assume the person behind the bar was the manager but she was Waaaaay more interested in her phone than what was happening in the dining room. I won't be back, I love to support local business so I will go to East Forty or Brewers in the future.
The location of this establishment is ideal, as it rests in the central portion of the Blue Springs square. Inside is reminiscent of an early Pizza Hut and Old Chicago combined. The food is variable in terms of taste and presentation. The Buffalo chicken pizza is nothing to boast about, but the pepperoni pizza is quite delicious. The fries were the real winner of the entire experience from a culinary standpoint. The server, Morgan, was very accommodating, welcoming, and hospitable. The overall experience was sullied by the underwhelming crust on the pizzas and the disappointment of the Buffalo chicken pizza. Though my first experience scored in the mid-range where satisfaction is concerned, I would most certainly drop in again when in the area to try other menu options. The atmosphere of the establishment alone is inviting and magnetic. In time the rating may increase, provided the crust is equipped with more flavor, the quality of service remains intact, and the pizza options prove more plentiful.
