What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
At 12:30 a.m., I was informed that they wouldn't be ready to serve for another 15 minutes. I decided to leave the car, but they came behind me and managed to take a job. This isn't the first time I've been turned away. I'm officially done with this place! Food rating: 1/5. View all feedback.
The food was good. the Soda machine was out of almost all aromen. the personal was not very attentive. the restaurant was insane. food: 4/5
Went here last night 11/18/22 at around 7:15 pm. There was three employees inside that I could visibly see. No one ever came over the speaker to take my order or even say they were closed. This is honestly one of the worst fast food locations I have ever attempted to do business with. They are never open when they say they are. They’re paying people to stand around inside and refuse to help customers. At this point I’m not sure why this restaurant has not just closed. It seems like at least half the time I attempt to eat here they are not open or are not taking orders.
The dining room and lobby are still closed. Unresponsive at window and had to cancel the order after they handed me the parts of two other peoples ordersService: 1/5
Fries taste like fish, really nasty old food. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.Food: 1/5
Only drive through was open. We got our food fast and fresh and hot. Was unsure about them bein open cuz marquee lights were not on.Food: 5/5
