I've ordered from this location twice now and have been satisfied both times. The first time, I placed an online order for pickup, and the second time, I opted for delivery. I don't know how they managed it, but it took just 16 minutes from the moment I clicked "order" to the time the doorbell rang! I was truly amazed. The order was exactly right, hot, and delicious. I really don't understand why this went out. The excuse given was that they were "really busy." However, that's exactly what quality checks are for, and drivers are supposed to ensure everything is correct as well. The dough wasn't proofed properly, which left the pizza tasting off and flat.
