Dairy Queen - Blue Springs

The staff (Dawn and Kai) were extremely friendly and kind. I've never experienced such exceptional service at a fast food restaurant before, and I will definitely be returning more frequently because of it.

I purchased a large sundae and a medium sundae at the Blue Springs, Missouri location. The medium sundae was so small that it didn't even fill the bottom of the cup. I understand that prices are increasing, but I can't imagine how small a small sundae must be now. When I inquired if it was truly a medium, I was assured that it was. The large sundae appeared to be what used to be a small. Overall, I was very disappointed with the portion sizes.

Missing multiple items in order. Trash all over the kitchen. Would occasionally pick up trash on ground or handle trash bags then prepare ice cream with same gloves. Very slow customer service.

I had a great experience at Dairy Queen. I ordered the chicken fingers meal and a brownie Queen Blizzard, both of which were very good. The food was delicious and the place was pretty clean. However, the table we sat at was a bit dirty, which was a downside. Overall, I would rate the experience 4/5.

Great energy in this place. Is staffed with young adults who are enjoying what they are doing and where they are doing it. The service was fast and friendly. And you know the Blizzard was delicious
