Bread Bleu - Blue Ridge
Bread Bleu
Description
A lively Asian-fusion spot serving fresh, balanced dishes with bold flavors — mango chutney summer rolls, blistered edamame, a standout voodoo rice bowl and pork belly earn frequent praise. Menus lean healthy and include many allergy-friendly and gluten‑free choices, plus an allergen sheet for peace of mind.
Service is attentive and the atmosphere cool, with a broad drink selection but no alcohol. Some diners note higher prices, scarce parking and a modest menu scope, yet foodies and allergy-conscious guests find it well worth a visit.

The dining experience was exceptional, with great service and a cool atmosphere. We don't typically eat at Asian fusion restaurants, so we didn't have much to compare to, but everything we ordered was delicious. We started with the cured chicken summer rolls, which I wouldn't typically choose, but my wife wanted to try them and they turned out to be amazing. Despite the somewhat high price ($8.00 for two rolls), they were definitely worth it. I had the voodoo bowl with pork belly and it was delicious. My wife tried the lemongrass chicken pho and also enjoyed it. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
The fusion food at this restaurant is amazing. There are many options for those with allergies, and the gluten-free dishes are simple yet delicious. My favorite taste was the mango chutney served with the summer rolls - it was wow! I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and can't wait to return to try more dishes from the menu. There is also a wide variety of drinks available. Overall, the healthy options at this restaurant left my taste buds and me feeling very happy.
This place just knocked my socks off, I am definitely a foodie, and the blistered edamame was the best I have ever had. The Voodoo rice bowl with fried tofu...I get tofu a lot, was rock star level. They don't serve alcohol, big bummer, but you simply must try them out if you are in Lake Blue Ridge...
Amazing food. Great service. I highly recommend eating here Edited 10/1 new menu is fabulous. Stop by soon!!! Edited 11/6 still amazing. Love the additions to the menu. My niece has Celiac Disease and I appreciate the numerous gluten free options and the allergen sheet showing common allergens. The Pork Belly it A !
