Casey’s is a nice place, but the staff at this location seems to genuinely dislike customers. It has become such a noticeable issue that it feels like a running joke in the area. Every time I visit, the employees don't utter a single word to me. It’s as if my presence is an inconvenience; I feel like I’m interrupting their texting, and they seem annoyed that I want to make a purchase. There’s no greeting, no total given, and no “thank you for coming in.” I’ve been here around ten times now, and not once has an employee spoken to me—just frowns and eye rolls. I don’t understand it; Casey’s has great products, and the app is user-friendly, but coming into this store feels like being treated as a nuisance. Please improve your service!
There's no overnight parking available for truckers or campers, even though there's enough space for it. It's frustrating!
If Mike is working you will get a GREAT, GREAT pizza....ordered pizza twice last week and both were delicious!!!!!!
