What C E doesn't like about Sushi Blue:
Average. The fish was fresh, thanks to a good supplier. The server was friendly and attentive, but she pointed out where the tip jar was for the sushi chef, which wasn't cool. We ordered two different rolls, but neither was cut properly. One roll had three different sizes and the other had four. A small sushi place inside Blue Lake Casino, this restaurant does not disappoint. The service is prompt and friendly, and the food reflects the price in portions, flavor, and presentation. Highly recommend Sushi Blue to both the sushi lover and connoisseur alike!
Creatively amazing sushi... it’s nice to get out and have a good meal. Great staff and fast service... I’d highly recommend a visit when you’re in the area.
Sushi Blue is one of our go to Sushi places when we are in the Humboldt area. They have good fresh tasting fish and the combinations of flavors are great. Always worth going and trying something new, if you are adventurous!
Loved the vibe here as usual. The food an staff are awesome and the **** marys delish!!!
