He ran to find me to apologize. I will return because of Jeremiah. You’re the man! I don’t ever do reviews but he took care of me and I will do the same for him. Much appreciated, brotha!

Overall friendly staff. Lack of some service skills like bringing our wine, uncorked the bottle then didn’t pour. Food was not hot. My steak was medium+ when I had ordered it rare. Sent it back and received what I had ordered, but it was still disappointing. Our surf from the surf and turf was frozen prawns. The steak quality was subpar. I’m not sure what the seasoning was, but I’ve definitely had better. First round of veggies were overcooked, second round was better. Couple of suggestions for the staff. Learn what is appropriate to go with the meal. Au jus is not served with ribeye. Offer tartar or cocktail when serving prawns. Don’t scream across the restaurant at each other. Turn off the personal music in the next section of the restaurant, it was so loud and competed with all the other noise. Don’t drag tables and chairs across the floor while people are still seated and eating. Check in on patrons when their server is on break. Tell the guy vaping while waiting for his togo order to not. It’s always a hit or miss and this was a miss.
I have ate here twice and the food has been good both times, fine dining no, but good food. The service is very different depending on the day. If it is dead the service is decent, if it gets busy or half full the service is non-existent. Due to this there was less money spent by me because I didn't want to wait any longer to order a dessert. I would recommend for the food but have low expectations for service or be in a group you enjoy the company of.
