I went to Pollo Loco today and had a wonderful experience. The drive-thru line was not too long and moved quickly. The food was warm and perfect. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend it, 10 out of 10. View all feedback.

I only gave this restaurant 4 stars because they wouldn't allow customers inside; we all had to use the drive-thru instead. I ordered the tostada with shrimp and chicken, which was delicious as always.
