This store purposely does not hire, as do all stores these days trying to exceed their profits, while making customers suffer. This store purposely does not hire, as do all stores these days trying to exceed their profits, while making customers suffer. The restaurant is generally staffed by only two people who are busy with drive through, making it difficult to be waited on in the store. I have given up going inside. What these restaurants want is for you to use an app and go through the drive through. Are they planning to make fast food drive through only? Order ahead, to give the only two employees time to create the order? All of them should be boycotted. That's the only way consumers will win.
I went to the Bloomfield location at 10;20 this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese burritto...started eating it halfway home and discovered the cook put hot sauce all over it, (this was not typical hot salsa but HOT SAUCE, my mouth was still burning 20 minutes after that bite) I had to throw it out. Idon't know if the cook thought this was something funny to do but he ruined my breakfast. When I tried to call the number on the receipt and the store number it just kept ringing. I eat at that store at least twice a week, but thats over...I won't be going back.
Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, it was completely disgusting like it was sitting there waiting for someone, cold soggy and awful, and the lady willing to serve me looks like she is gunna take her own life, poor thing, it's really disturbing or maybe she's over worked, needs rest it's depressing not going there again.
I waited patiently in line to place my order. When I finally got to the register, without even the slightest semblance of shame, the floor manager said No more orders, and pulled the cashier away to apparently fulfill backed up drive thru orders. They expected me to stand and wait at the register for who knows how long without even so much as an apology. I eventually walked out.I have never had a positive experience at this BK, but after today I will never come here again.
Friendly Servece Felt like family there, but Burger Kings food is not that good.
