Horrible customer service. Man accidentally told cashier my pump and I prepaid at pump. Young boy and manager had no idea how to fix it or give gentleman his money back. Nor were either helpful or the least bit courteous. I solved situation by going to ATM, paying $3 service fee and refunding him. Used to be a great Casey's but these stores are dependent on excellent customer service. Send all the employees to Kwikstar for training
This will be the fifth time in 2 weeks I want to this location to find a line all the way back and down the beer aisle. Today a customer asked an employee if there were any more checkers. The employee responded there's only five people working the whole store. I've never run a Casey's before, but I would have to believe you could have one person go away from what they were doing and help check people out for 10 minutes here and there.
The pizza here is fresh, and so are the doughnuts. This place offers delicious food, including freshly baked pizzas and doughnuts, along with some homemade treats for sale. They also have a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and candies available.
