Atmosphere is amazing, the food and service is excellent

The place was not busy and we were sitting at the table for 15 minutes before placing our drink orders. Then another 15 minutes went by and we didn 't recieve our drinks so we left. The outside seating is nice, but on a Sunday afternoon at 5pm they had a DJ playing extremely loud club music. Not what you expect from a Woodfire Grill on a Sunday afternoon.

Place is great, the bartender though? Horrifying. Eating a customers food on the bar top area and ignoring us while talking about her future plans and stuff with her friends(? sitting at the bar. Interrupted my phone call and was bluntly disrespectful. Seemed like we completely inconvenienced her by asking for drink or food menus. For the price of the food and drinks I at least expect her attention without disrespect. This is just sad. Likely won’t be coming here again. Also, cashing people out without even mentioning that you are is just inappropriate. Throwing the tab across the table at them as well as throwing the pen and expecting people to pay is just odd. We didn’t even know if another bartender was coming out or what was going on. Not a fan at all of the service. Never in my life have I left below a 20% tip, today was a first.

First time here. Our waitress was very nice. We were sat at an not completely clean table outside. The seat were messy with spilled liquid on them and food debris around. That was cleaned up and then dire6next to us a whole party of around 8 were sat. We could not enjoy our meal or our own conversation. Of all places to sit a big party at an empty outside seating they were sat practically on top of us. The Flys. Our meal was not complete, had 2 bites in and Flys were all over it and my husband's meal as well. We did alert the waitress and were still charged for the entire meal. We ate none of the food!!! Worse experience. The Flys are way too much to deal with. So we basically paid for the Flys to eat.
