The server seemed put out by thi... read more I stopped by for dinner and drinks and noticed that there had been storms and rain earlier, so the tables needed to be cleaned. The server seemed put out by this. The drinks and food were fantastic, but we were never offered any silverware or napkins. When I went to pay the bill, her comment about the missing utensils was, “Maybe next time.” I really love this place, but the poor and rude service is a deal-breaker for me.

I was pleased to see they didn't have those uncom... read more We had our first experience at Hellbender, and we can’t wait to return. The food and service were outstanding. I was pleased to see they didn't have those uncomfortable blue chairs; the atmosphere reminded us of the cozy pubs we visited while road-tripping in Scotland. The mac and cheese and salad were both delicious. Our kids enjoyed the burgers, and my husband was very happy with the chicken sandwich. Just a heads up: the main dishes don’t come with sides, so we decided to order a few to share. The entire place was also very clean.
