The service at this restaurant is always warm and friendly, and the comfort food is delicious. My wife especially enjoys shopping there. The best part is that the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as there are no steps to navigate. We dined in for breakfast and found the price per person to be around $10-$20. View all feedback.
What Terry Morell doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
The food at this restaurant was fantastic, but unfortunately, the service was not great. I dined in for breakfast and found it to be reasonably priced at $10-20 per person. The food deserved a rating of 4, but the service only scored a 1. The atmosphere was decent, earning a 3 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Country Fried Steak and Mashed Potatoes. Food had very little flavoring plus the cashier and waitress weren't that good the cashier was rude and treated me liked a child the waitress didn't even check on us we waited for her to come by but she didn't until we were already finished we were trying to get refills on our drinks plus the food was cold. This was straight up trash just dookie. This was my first time there I went for my birthday and I'm very disappointed.
Great food. Was told the kitchen was backed up, but food still arrived in a timely manner. Overall a good experience.
One of my favorite places to eat out. Great home cooked style foods, many different food options. Good for big groups or just one or two people to eat for a night out. Also has amazing gift shop for country style cooking supplies, small gifts, clothes, and more.
Friendly staff, our server Jessica was the sweetest. Best pancakes ?
Food was very good had roast beef and mashed potatoes and broccoli, my wife had trout with carrots and broccoli. Next time I come this way we'll stop again. Staff was great also.
