I ordered their chicken and waffles which were very good. My friend ordered another version of the chicken and waffles that included egg, bacon, with a halendaise sauce and hashbrowns. I had a bite of hers and it was very good, more rich than mine. Definately worth going back : View all feedback.
What sagexus doesn't like about Fort Jesse Cafe:
Need a reservation to sit. Never seen a breakfast diner where you need reservations. Lady told us 1 hour 30 min wait at 10:30am when there were 6 open tables behind her. View all feedback.

Yummy food. But mostly crowded. Reservation is highly recommended here
Don't know if the food was good. We walked in, no one waiting, at least 15 open tables, and we were asked if we called ahead. We were driving through, so no, we didn't call for reservations for a cafe. 20 minutes to get a table. People behind us walked out, too. Guess they didn't want to stand around for 20 minutes when there were so many open tables either. Might be very goodGuess we will never know.
