What’s goi... read more Every time I visit, it seems like half the time the person at the counter tells me, "Oh, I don’t actually work here; I’m just covering for a friend." What’s going on with that? Do you really have people filling in for their friends here? Who gets paid—the friend or the substitute employee? This makes it tough to know if my Boba tea will taste the same because it feels like it’s mixed differently every time. I really love this place, but honestly, for the price and the uncertainty of what I’m going to get, it’s difficult to justify visiting sometimes.
