We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we found this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We spent a delightful experience there with great food and a well-trained team and a professional cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will certainly come back soon. We highly recommend.

Good hearty breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. My æbleskivers were delicious and maybe a touch too sweet. Potato crusted quiche is a tasty way to have hashbrowns and eggs. Everything was salted well, and the coffee was mild and flavorful without acidity. The restaurant is in a hotel and offered a buffet option for breakfast. Everyone is seated in the same area, so it can be distracting to see people coming and going. I wish they'd play up the Scandinavian inspiration more, especially given their location in the Midwest United States. Don't miss this hidden gem of a restaurant for breakfast!

This restaurant is a spirit of the former self. It's just a grave and go to breakfast. All the really good food they used to have is no longer there. Most reviews of this restaurant have passed from years when it has really good and interesting food.
